Pulled Pork Sandwiches, BBQ Ribs, BBQ Chicken Sandwiches, Burgers, Sliders plus much more. Classic side dishes include Potato Salad, Mac & Cheese, Chili Beans, BBQ Spaghetti, Mashed Potatoes, Waffle Fries, Cole Slaw and much more. We offer daily specials, and our almost famous Smoked BBQ Meatloaf can be found every Saturday and Sunday.
Cabo Pig Roasters is focused on Los Cabos locals. Tourists are of course more than welcome and will be treated great as they should be, but we are here to first offer good quality food for a very economical price during these tough times when we know we all need the help, with several platters starting at only $35 Pesos! We want to give you a GOOD FOOD option without having to spend a lot, which is really hard to find in this town as we all know! Cabo Pig Roasters offers a unique experience, combining tasty comfort foods, plus our regular menu designed around real Smoked BBQ; great food and extremely affordable prices.

All our BBQ is slow Smoked with Mesquite Charcoal and Dry Wood, plus other local dry woods, adding nice and subtle smoky flavors. We smoke our Pork Shoulder for 15 hours or so, our Certified Angus Beef ® Brisket is smoked for 18-20 hours, whole chickens for several hours, Ribs 6-8 hours.
We offer a good selection of cuts and meats, our own special homemade Sauces, Dips, Dressings and recipes, utilizing classic flavors and infusing with fresh local and regional ingredients. All Rubs, Sauces, Salsas, and food are homemade and NOT from a box or bottle!
